problem related to SC real-time data feed

Hi, I am a subscriber of SC real-time data feed. I encounter a problem related to my intraday chart. Please see the attached image. Even though I try to set the "from" field to an earlier date, such as 2014-10-1, it is always set to 2015-11-05 by itself. Is the real-time data feed supporting up to 3-years tick data at least? This is for ES. Beside, to save exchange fee, I sign in using TD Ameritrade account following the instructions on your website. Thanks! |
