I attempted to update to version 1432 from 1392 today. After doing so my Spreadsheet for trading study for Time and Sales Bid and ask was column was returning some Bid and Ask Amounts for each trade update as 0.00. I have not experienced this with any prior versions and it wreaked havoc with my trading formulas using this column? Any suggestions on why this started happening with the new version? I reinstalled the old version for now, but wanted to bring this to your attention.

Tell us one of the symbols this happened with and are you using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for that symbol?

For the chart with the symbol BRK.B do you see a [M] indicator after the symbol?

We have been monitoring the data feed for about 30 minutes and do not see any zero values for the Bid or Ask prices for that symbol using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. How often did you see the zero values?

I do the [M]after the symbols in the chart. It was happening for both BRK.A and BRK.B. The issue occurred for both symbols intermittently every 3 minutes or so on my spreadsheet for trading study. The problem disappeared when I reloaded my previous version 1392.

In the newer versions, zero values are considered valid Bid and Ask values and they are not filtered.

However, we did not see any zero values for the Bid or Ask and we looked at the data feed several times over more than an hour and scrolled through 4000 time and sales records each time.

So at this point in time not quite sure what we can do. We will keep this in mind though.

We applied the software update again which solves this issue. Really it makes zero percent sense to us that this should still be happening as long as that software update has been applied. So we will see how it is later today.

We did notice the problem after the close for BRK.B. We think we know where else the problem is occurring and we will solve that.

Does version 1445 solve this problem?

The problem is solved on the server-side. You do not need any particular version of Sierra Chart to solve this. We are fairly certain it is solved. However, we have not checked the last few days.
