Hi. For this user we are not getting historical data. We tried to download but it is saying download failure? I told the user to do the following but it hasnt worked."re-download the data in the chart with "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to correct the volume"

Make sure they are running the latest version of Sierra Chart. They are running an older version.

After updating they can re-download the data in the chart with "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
