Hi- I want to set "Use Date Range" to the next days trading session after I finish my trading for the day. So for instance I would set the range to 2016-06-08 for tomorrow's session tonite. Are there any issues when doing this? I notice when I do this my spreadsheet alert system disappears, I assume this will re-populate once tomorrows session begins?

Thx so much

We think this should work but we are not totally sure. You have to test and see.

We are not exactly sure what you mean by this:
I notice when I do this my spreadsheet alert system disappears,

Find attached docs, when inputting todays date (2016-06-07) spreadsheet alert populates, when inputting tomorrows date (2016-06-08) it disappears.

OK we understand now, that is expected. See if the bars fill in when the new day begins.

Hi, ran into an issue when setting my "Use Date Range" parameters to the current trading day. See below log. The reason for the inquiry about setting my date range is that when I have an alert from the prior day, say 2015-06-07 at 12:59:59, which occurs often, my Trade Activity Log uses that alert when I upload my custom DLL file the next day and submits that order prior to the market opening. I need to avoid this. I uploaded TAL, it is attached. Market opens at 06:30:00 as I am in PST time zone.

We cannot help much with this because this is a message from your own study:

Chart: NFLX [M] 1 Min #2 | Study: Option Trader | DateTime array of size zero. | 2016-06-08 06:21:34 *

Also it does not make sense because the study function would never get called if the main graph array sizes are 0.

You need to solve this on your side in your custom study:
my Trade Activity Log uses that alert when I upload my custom DLL file the next day and submits that order prior to the market opening.

This was due to me setting the date range to the current trading day to try and avoid the previous days alert at 12:59:59. The sc.SubmitOrder function only occurs when using the prior trading day in my date range.

Is it possible to set my "Number of Rows" to 2? This would eliminate the need for any further modification as I start trading at 06:32:00 and use the 1 minute chart for reference.

Thx

Thx, would greatly appreciate if we could have this done by this upcoming Monday 6/13, again all I'm looking to do is take the minimum rows from 10 to 1. It affects my ability to trade mornings.

Again, thx and have a great weekend.

Unless you are willing to pay for this, we cannot promise when it will be done but it will not be taking weeks.
