We checked and the symbols are updating in real-time on the server. There must be an issue on your side relating to them. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect

And then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

This works until I change the symbol. If I go back to either stock I have to reconnect to get it to upate.

TSS is updating, but GPN is not. I open Current Quote Windows for GPN
and there is no data. Here is my log.
