aapl data won't download

I have been using your software with data from TD Ameritrade for quite some time. I mostly use charts for symbol aapl with no problems. Suddenly beginning yesterday the data does update and I receive the following messages: Error getting price history for AAPL. Error from server (message log included) I can load data for any other symbol (I loaded a chart for HTA as an example) with no problem, but not aapl. All my charts have data thru 7/10/2013. I deleted the aapl.scid file and tried to download an entire new file, but nothing loaded at all. I put the old aapl.scid with data thru 7/13. What to do?
