trouble connecting and would like help with my initial set up

I am a new customer but did go through the trial period and have a pretty good understanding of the platform. I am having trouble connecting and have some questions about getting the platform set up they way I want it. It would probably be best to set a time for a tech. to log on to my computer while I am here and be on the phone at the same time. I don't mind paying the fee for this.
