Looking at this page: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_NumbersBars.php#ColumnCompareThresholds Please see the image attached. I set Column 1 compare threshold to .90, just as a test, and assigned the blue color for range 3 up and down colors . I left the other compare thresholds (.25, .50) intact. Column 1 Background Coloring Method is "Based on Volume Percentage". Can someone explain to me based on the total volume displayed in the Numbers Bars - Calculated Values study, why certain prices are turning blue? I am just trying to get my head wrapped around how the compare thresholds work exactly. |

OK - correct me if I am wrong. Hypothetically: The max value the bar is 8000. It will be blue because 8000/8000 > .90. Another value is 7500. It will be blue because 7500/8000 > .90. Another value is 5000. It will not be blue because 5000/8000 < .90. Is that correct? |

Yes this is correct. However, we are not aware of all of the color settings which have been set. There are up color settings and down color settings.
