Please take a look at the attached screenshot that shows two NQ charts. The client installed the Transact platform and Sierra Charts in a laptop (left chart) and in a pc (right chart). The chart are yesterday NQ and as you can see they are big time different. For example in the left chart the 5:30pm candle has the opening like the close of the previous candle, but in the right chart the things are different.
The POC (the horizontal blue line) is different too. The 5:44 candle is different too in the two charts, but there are many other examples that you can see comparing the two screenshots.
There are mistakes in the volumes too, and you can notice this if you read the data.

Of course the client is not happy and want to know how this discrepancy is possible. Are your data filtered? He needs high quality data.
Could you please check this out and let me know?
Thank you

Go through the step-by-step instructions in this section here:
Number Of Trades, Volume or Range Bar Charts Do Not Match Setting or Are Not Accurate or Are Inconsistent: General Information and Related Settings

That will make the data consistent. If you still notice problem going forward, you will probably need to use a direct account of Sierra Chart and use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (which is a data feed provided by Sierra Chart directly).

Here are instructions:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DirectAccount.html

http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

The data feed is from TransAct. They do not filter the data but if there is any missing data, you do need to ask them about this.

Thank you for the answer. My client is asking if it is possible to protect the formula in the spreadsheet, the same way you can do in excel. Is it possible?
