I have deleted the scoreboard from my screen when I last closed my platform. It did not re-appear when I opened up again later. How do I get it back on my charts? Thx

What do you mean by scoreboard? Are you referring to the Quote Board.

In the case of the Quote Board, select Window >> Reset Windows to see if it actually exists.

not the quote board - I don't know the correct name but it appeared on pulling charts 1st time.

what do you mean - You will need to ask TransAct Support about this.
Surely it is Sierra charting . or am I wrong...?

It is not part of Sierra Chart.

ok -thanks . Don't know where I got this from then. I thought I was dealing with AMP (my Broker ) but obvioiusly confused.

AMP and TransAct are separate brokerage/trading services.

That particular screenshot is from the TransAct software. It is completely unrelated to AMP.

so the best thing for me to do then is to completely Uninstall the Sierra Platform I have on my PC and then find where I can download the AMP version that has the CQG data connection. Is that the best way to deal with this. Thx for your help.

We see that Sierra Chart is currently installed to C:\SierraChart\.

So there is no need to uninstall.

There is no AMP version.

You just need to follow through the CQG setup instructions here:

We also have seen your Account Support Ticket. And have responded to it. At this point AMP will help you.

There is nothing further you need to do at this moment. You will require their assistance to be able to connect to CQG. There is nothing you can do until then.
