updated from 1414 to 1420. windows 10. now when trying to start SC, i get a window that says can't start this app

Apparently the download of the files failed and there is an incomplete download. We will make sure that this kind of condition does not result in this kind of problem.

Run the installer again:
https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe

Install into this folder: C:\SierraChart\
