Hi, today, I am not able to connect to CQG Fix. My Sierrachart is provided under AMP futures. It was working fine for months but suddenly stopped working. Have tried for the entire day but its not working. Kindly assist. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for the prompt explanation. Ok I understand. Will try again tomorrow. However as I am under AMP and selected CGQ Fix as the platform, can I know why I am connecting to the Web server instead of the FIX server? If the answer is that I am connecting to Web server for the data and Fix for the trading execution, can I change to connect to FIX (as I believe that should be faster)? Thanks |

The CQG Web API is used for market data and they only provide market data over that connection. They do not use FIX for market data.
