When clicking on intraday chart, I cannot use the "Goto Date-Time" shortcut to jump to a certain date and time. I've tried various dates and time possibilities but none work. I have a weekly, daily, 30m, and 5m chart all linked together and sometimes it scrolls the daily and weeklies correctly, but not always. The intraday charts never jump to a date time, they just stay still. If I manually move any intraday chart it will move the other charts since they are all scroll-linked. Is there a setting I'm missing that makes it so I cannot jump directly to a date and time? Thanks, charlie |

The first step is update to the current version with Help >> Download Current Version and then determine what problem currently exists. We will look at only one at a time. For the record, we tested linking the scroll position between 2 charts and going to date times in both Intraday and Historical charts and it all worked correctly.

I've restarted a couple times before and it wasn't working, but I just updated to the latest version and it's all working now. The older version must of been in a bad state. Thanks! charlie |
