Hi S.C. Support, Is there any way (like some basic Excel features)that we could use columns "O" and other formula columns generated data as the horizontal axis (X) to for a new chart with the respective price data? For Example, in column "O", we have a calculation of inverse of time in unit of seconds (with zero second at cell O1002), in reference to 1000 rows of time (Column "A") and price data (Columns B,C,D,or E). What is the best way to generate a chart that uses column "O" data as X-axis, and any/or all columns B,C,D,E as the Y-axis? It there is no such feature now, will Sierra Chart consider adding a Study for that? (A study that a user can define the data set by calling a SG number in a Spreadsheet System/Alert) Please advise, thank you. |

You can do this using the Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AdvancedCustomStudyInterfaceAndLanguage.php Specifically refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ACSIL_Members_Variables_And_Arrays.html#scIsCustomChart We possibly could support this with the Spreadsheet study. However, the Date and Time of bars would have to be in column K. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
