This morning, SC disconnected from the data feed (I am on a demo with Rithmic) and it will not reconnect. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing.

I am a new user so any help would be great. I have confirmed I have connectivity. SC is the only application not responding.

Never mind, after 20 minutes, it decided to reconnect for no apparent reason.....hmmmm....

This was caused by a Rithmic outage earlier.

It was not a Sierra Chart issue.
