I'm finding that if I use sc.TicksPerBar in a study to change the chart bar interval that after the change sc.ArraySize returns a correct value but sc.Index always returns a zero. Is that by design for some reason?

This makes sense. There will be a full recalculation of the study and the first value of sc.Index will equal 0.
