draw new bar-open even when no change in price

Dear support, Is there a way to draw a new bar (at least the open when bar or candlechart) when bar period is finished? So when there is no price activity the new bar opens at the price it closed? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-05-24 11:46:32
