Hello Support Team,

after having updated from SC V. 1403 to V. 1415 prerelease (using - of course - the new installer) I am not able to access my account anymore.
I am receiving the message:
"This is the first time you are accessing this account from this machine. An email
has been sent to the account holder with further instructions. We take your
security seriously. Please follow the brief process to help us verify your identity
and keep your account(s) safe."
Please find a screenshot attached.
I am using a SC version connected to my SC account in connection with InfinityAT.
I am not quite sure of the origin of this message since InfinityAT 5.6.7.6 runs without any complain and without any message when it is launched without Sierra Chart. There is a normal connection to Transact/Infinity.
Also I did not receive any email to verify my identity and therefore I am not able to neither analyse nor trade.

Any idea to solve the problem?

Thank you for your help,

Best,

Chris

With v1406 and later, it seems every TransAct account user will have to reauthorize every device they login from.
