Use keyboard arrow keys to move to next or previous chart

I previously had SierraChart installed, then my computer crashed and I had to reinstall and start over. Previously, I could move through the chartbook symbols by pressing the arrow keys on my keyboard. Now I'm only able to do it using the F4 and F9 keys. I would rather do it with the arrow keys. Can you tell me how to do this?
