Hi, I started using "SC data all services" and have a question regarding forex charts. Please see attached. You will see that the last Daily bar made a higher high while the intraday chart lower right did not. I am not sure how that is possible? Thank you. |

Go to that Historical Daily chart and select Edit >> Download Data-Historical Chart. Does it change the high?

Could be that a new bar was started in the daily chart before the daily High and Low were reset in the current quote data.

Hi, I am still getting this today: please see attached pic How can I start my day and that all this data is refreshed in a way that this error does not occur? I go through 30 markets when the day starts and can't possibly refresh each one before I view it. Thanks! **and it still looks the same after Edit/Download data historical http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=146355223781.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2016-05-18 06:17:49

It just occurred to us that these are actually values set by FXCM. Not really sure what we can do about this. We currently see that high for that symbol that you do. Possibly we could just simply disregard the FXCM high and low but we have to think about that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We are going to release a change on the server-side in the next couple of days which should solve this.
