Alert Sounds were Muted - Unchecking fixed the issue.
For the record, the sounds were not muted previously. Also an installation of SC1412/SC1413 using 'SC Forex Data (FXCM) [data]' alerts worked normally.

We know why this is happening now. It is due to array bounds violation problem that we need to fix. We are doing this now.

It is somewhat serious of an issue.
