Hello,
I used version 1003 for my live trading today (6 trades) and everything was working fine - no error so far.
Thank you.

I upgraded TWS to 939.2 and SC to 1003. Everything seems to be working fine now after 18 sim trades. So far so good . . will keep testing. I've been having this problem for months as mentioned in prior posts . . maybe I can finally use SC for trades rather than TWS. I really appreciate you correcting this problem. Thanks!!!

This is good.

Unless you have more than one Trade account on your Trader Workstation username, if you been having a problem where the position would disappear after about 8 seconds and you had entered the correct Positions Account number in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings (this was required in older versions of Sierra Chart) then this was indicating that TWS was not automatically sending the position data whenever it changes.

When there are multiple trade accounts on a TWS username, there is a problem with this because Interactive Brokers will not send automatic position updates for more than one account, only a single account. So the solution is now we no longer start automatic position updates and manually request them upon every fill and upon connection to TWS. We should not have to do this. This really is something that Interactive Brokers needs to address. We do not have this problem with any other trading service.

I'm now having exactly the same prior problems. Still using SC 1003. Only happens when there are two separate trades at the same time. A single trade seems to work fine. (Three trades simultaneously also creates problems.)

I'll try upgrading to SC 1004 and see if that helps.

I upgraded to SC 1007 . . still same problems when two separate trades operating simultaneously. Single trades seem to do fine.

I seem to have the problems when running both trades thru the same window. Now testing with separate windows.

Don't seem to have any problems using separate windows for simultaneous trades . . but only based on a handful of trades.

I'll upgrade to SC 1009 . . Thanks, Max
