Two trading accounts, two instances of sierra, same computer not working

I'm running two instances of Sierra charting for two different brokerage accounts. When I open the second sierra chart, both instances of sierra charting disconnect and reconnect consistently. The log is below:

In this particular case you need 2 separate CQG accounts. You are using the same CQG username apparently. But we cannot fully tell because you did not provide the complete Message Log.

If the CQG account has two trading accounts assigned, then refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TradeWindow.html#SelectingTradeAccount

And instead only use a single instance of Sierra Chart.
