ACSIL - Function to check if depth data is populated

SC Team - Generally it takes few seconds initially when the feed is connected / chart is loaded - for the depth data to be populated.

Based on my observation - sc platform initially populates only bestBid/bestOffer and then after few seconds it populates the rest of the depth data.

Is there any ASCIL function available to check - if the depth data is populated and available? If this is not available, would you please see if you can make it available?
