Custom DLL study causing CPU exception

This has never happened before. I upgraded to latest version and this happened so i rolled back, rebooted but still get this message

No I had to go back to 1374 to get it to work properly

OK not really sure about this because this is a study that we did not develop and we are not exactly certain what the reason for the problem is.
