cumulative delta study not starting at 0?

i have CD study set to start a new session. today i noticed that when the server opened it started above 0. never seen this before. is this normal or is there a bug in the CD?

thanks for the response and i checked out that input definition again. its just odd because ive only seen it happen a couple times. normally it always starts at 0.
