Study Overlay-Color Intraday Bars based on Previous Day close

I have a chart(called it chart#1) of the vix where I use color bar based on Above/Below based on the previous close. I would like to overlay this chart(chart#2) with the color condition on a separate chart using study/price overlay. When I do,the color condition does not show on the chart#2. Make sure "Use Colors from Source Study" Input with the Study/Price Overlay study is set to Yes. We tested this and it does work properly when overlaying the Color Bar Based On Above/Below study.
