past couple days of data has been skipped

Hi,

The past couple days of historical data is missing for my products.
In the attachment you can find a screenshot of the Bund (June contract) where there is no data between 04-29 and today and the EUR/USD (June contract) no data between 01-05 and today.

You definitely should be receiving a notice about this when you start Sierra Chart.

You need to update to the latest prerelease which is 1405.

Hi,

I already had the most updated version. I've also followed the steps in the link except for step 5 as it didn't specify where I could find "Edit >> Delete All Data And Download " could you please help me where I can find that.

the other steps didn't help.

Besides, today I was out from 9 am to 1 pm (GMT) and now there is also no data between this period. I've restarted sierra and all but no result.

You are still using version 1400. This is not the right version. You need to be running version 1405 or higher.

You need to update to the "Prerelease".

Use Help >> Download Prerelease.

"Edit >> Delete All Data And Download " is on the Edit menu at the top of the program.
