Control board chart drawing commands malfunction

The commands 'Copy And Adjust Chart Drawing' and 'Adjust Chart Drawing' are malfunctioning when accessed on the Control Bar. Specifically, when clicked between the 2 anchor points on a line they copy and move the drawing rather than adjust it. When these commands are accessed via Right Click menu they work properly. We will solve this problem but when using these commands and left clicking on the drawing in the middle, the beginning will always be adjusted.

This issue has not been resolved as yet in version 1406 |

This was definitely resolved. But not certain it is in version 1406.
