Order Modification Issue

I have just connected to my live OEC Account (S5). Data seems OK. I was just checking that orders from SC were clearly visible on the S5 Server - Worked OK. When I tried to modify/close order on the SC chart it didn't allow close or modify (Rejected) - Text: Account Information does not match original (see attached Trade Activity Log). Please advise.

No, there is no progress yet . We have not yet started on this. We will be looking at it today or tomorrow. We are not happy about this kind of problem.

A problem like this should not even exist. Sierra Chart is properly integrated to the OEC FIX implementation. Before we comment on this further we need to have a better understanding of what is happening.

We do see the problem from the log and clearly it is an issue on the OEC side.

Although we cannot duplicate it.

Are you still experiencing the problem? If so, then provide us the FIX log at the time you encounter it by following these instructions here:

Just to be clear, the final cancellation of the orders were done through the S5/OEC Trader platform

We realize what the source of the problem is.

Disable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Use Account Allocation.

Another solution might be to disable Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> Use Server-side OCO and Bracket Orders.

Yes. Definitely do not use that setting. Your account does not support it.
