Good morning,

I have two instances running--the one with TD will not load this morning--eventually it
one of the windows says "not responding" and then when I click on it the windows turn white.

The only thing I can think of that I did differently yesterday was leave an open order outstanding. And it still
shows in the order section.

Your thoughts appreciated,

Cy

Does this happen when a Chartbook is being opened?

If so, then refer to:

Yes---I followed your instructions and then tried to find the file that might be causing
the load issue. No luck but I did rename the most recent backup that worked fine--and then
moved the file. This seems to work fine---but is it OK to do this rather than rebuilding?

Thanks again,

Cy

Yes, as long as the backup Chartbook is working. You do not need to rebuild it.
