Won't Connect "Login Failed wrong user/password"

Hi there,

I currently have an account with Infinity AT and entered in my account info on the DTS , using the TransAct service.

It wont connect at it says that Login Failed b/c of wrongn user / password.

I triple checked my account information, and of course its correct.

I am able to login to my Infinity AT platform.

What to do?
