Feature Request: Expose Chart Graphics Settings/Global Graphics Settings to ASCIL

Hi SC It would be useful and appreciated to have access to the chart graphics settings so that the colour of symbols created by new ASCIL custom studies (e.g. Arrows and other markers) could match the candle/bar colour to which they apply rather than having the user set the symbols' colour.
