Is it possible to change the color of global + cursor. It is blending with my dark grey background and can only be seen when u click left mouse button to show cross hair which is blue color in my charts.

The documentation in the link describes how to change the type, not the color. It must be controlled in SC since it shows in different colors on different charts.

To change the color of the '+', which is the operating system pointer, you need to go through the Operating System. On Windows 10, you would elect "Settings >> Devices >> Mouse >> Adjust Mouse and Cursor Size", then you can select the color on that page.
