charts don t work it ,when I try to change the bar period comes up with the message download failed,i can not download the actual version .

Charts ...Bund and Stoxx (Eurex) chart data is delayed CME (S&P)works fine

We are aware of this. We are working on it now. It is a Barchart data problem. We are patching in a different feed but please just allow us a little time to get this done.

The EUREX data feed is now working. We apologize for the issue. It was a Barchart server data problem. They have been notified about it. We are using an alternate data feed at this time. We will make it clear to them, that they need to do a much better job and this is quite serious because this is the second time in recent months this has happened. There is going to be some incomplete data today for the EUREX due to the data problem.
