New at simple alerts. Two versions of alerts wanted: 1st: Have a move avg. Want alert 1 when current bar closes above bar-1. (I can do this one) Next I want alert 2 only if the movement is yet higher. ie, Two consecutive bars are higher than the base ref bar. for example if bar 1 is greater than bar 0 then alert1, if bar 2 is greater than both bar 0 and bar 1 then alarm2 is generated. What is efficient logic for this? The second question: Same sequence as first, but I want to specify the units of difference (like points or Dollars) that are needed to trigger each alarm. Hope this is clear. Regards |
