I can seem to find the answer to the above question. If I have an indicator; say called "MA Dark", is it possible to assign that indicator to a button the can be used to toggle it on and off.

Thanks

Not on the Control Bar but you can use the Study Collection functionality:

Is there a wishlist I can put this on.

It would be awesome if you could assign indicators to buttons on control bar. Could this be done in ASCIL?

Thanks,

I have just had a look at the All Blacks fixtures, they are not playing for a while, so hopefully we can get some work done.

We have people working in many countries and we pay no attention to sports. Sierra Chart should not be associated with any particular country because we are geographically distributed.

Hi Jason,

It is working as intended. For some studies you just need to recalculate using shortcut CTRL-Insert will be quick enough. I do not do this in the study for efficiency sake.

Kind regards,

Frederik

Hi Frederik,

Ok. I see that CTRL-Insert brings the ZigZag back up. Thank you.

Is there a way to automate that or build it into the Control Bar Buttons custom indicator ? ... so doing the CTRL-Insert isn't required every time ?

There is a way, but its not efficient so I choose not to use it. Pressing CTRL-Insert is a smaller price to pay.

got it. thank you

I just noticed another odd behavior, when I disable one indicator it turns on the other. For example, I was trying to disable two indicators at the same time but it looks like when I disable one then go to disable the other, it turns on the fist one.

Is it supposed to work this way ?

When using the ACS buttons, there can only be one button that is in pushed state. So when you click one button the other button will be de-activated again. Have a good look at the video, where it is explained. If you want to hide more than one study you need to use the "All" button. The "All" button will hide all studies that are selected. A maximum of four studies can be grouped in one "All" button. You can load multiple studies to hide/unhide groups of multiple studies.
