hi the bar that Rj chart printed was incorrect , and doesnt similar for the bar that ES printed , when its will be ok ,?????, in the last some days that the Rj is not correct??? regards |

What exactly is not correct? We did some visual comparisons to another data provider and the chart looks OK for the Russell futures. i tried to updated but thats doesnt work ok i capture some pic for what happend and the changed that happend to the RJ , you can see by the date you can see that is the starting Rj printed bar for 4-7-2013(only Rj print it), after day the bar of 4-7-2013 is deleted and print the bar of 5-7 , and the bar of 5-7 was not similar in her moving for example for the bar of Es , Usually Es and Rj printed same bars directin ,and i attached picture for the ES to see that there is differnet betwwen the two daily bars another thing that i see now the Es daily chart going and moving with the intday chart(same thing,the intrday cahr and the daily chart bar ups and down together with the price),, |

Thank you for your consideration but Without any connection to 4 July, today 5-7-2013 the bar of RJ was differnt from the bars of ES and NQ and YM , and always this bars going in the same direction and almost the same thing . because thats i think that the bar of RJ is incorrect? and how i said above , why the ES daily bar was moving up and down such the intaday bar chart(together) ? maybe there is new update and thats Caused the error?? best regards |

We have let our data provider know that some of the Russell prices for July 5 are not correct. And we also told them there is no data for July 4.

The values for the 4th will be available after production tonight, and the values for the 5th will also be adjusted based on the official exchange EOD message. I was letting both of you know this. if they are pulling the data off the exchange files (as usual) after the fix is completed, there should not be any problems as july 4th will pull up as "not traded" and the 5th will contain both days data merged you can look at the russell 5-28 bar as an example.. this contains 5-27 (half day memorial day) and 5-28 (full day) in one bar: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=13730638542.png |
