Trade commission settings in SC

Hi guys, I have question regarding the trading commissions.Is there any option in SC where I can set up commissions value in Sierra Chart?As when I trade the initial balance displayed in SC is little bit different then on my broker statement.I have commissions with my broker say 4.38 but Sierra calculates it as 3.88...is there any option in Sierra I can change that?
