Hello support. Please take a look. There is significant difference between these two charts. One from sierra, another from oec. By the way i re-downloaded data and reset symbol settings a couple of times.

This is a missing data issue. I followed through the procedure again and it changed nothing. You can take a look with teamviewer. And there is more missing data.
