i have mistakenly made a 20$ subscription for data feed from barchart, asuming it includes streaming data for demo-trading ES contracts- which most people do trade... now i realize it does not. now,nowhere is it mentionened which subscription if at all does include ES contracts. so my question is why include this service in sierra site and waist peoples time letting them bark at wrong trees?? doesn't sierra charts care about it's customers time $energies????? |

On the Barchart Data Service subscription form there are these options: Base Barchart Data Feed, 100 Symbol Limit* $49.00 per month Advanced Barchart Data Feed, 200 Symbol Limit* $69.00 per month Market Indexes Only (Real-time index futures data not included) $20.00 per month Notice how it says with the 20 USD per month option that it does not include real-time index futures data.
