Hello, I am trying to get data on coffee spreads (ICE) and the download fails, I've tried on different calendars and still see the same issue.

We can set this up, but the question is whether you are willing to pay the 110 USD ICE fee effective April 1 for the real-time data? Otherwise, there would be no point in this.

The other alternative is we can provide periodically updated delayed data and we would not use the Easy Screen data feed for the delayed data.

I have decided on corn spreads, I do not need the ICE data feed. Thanks.

I already seem to have the data for all that, would there be any additional cost? I can see some anomalies in the data, I.e. a spike in prices on the charts.

No additional cost.

Regarding the spike in prices, we need to see an image of the chart.

Provide an image of the chart, by following these instructions:

We apologize for the delay.

We do not recommend using the Continuous Futures Contract feature with spreads because it will not work properly.

Here is a chart from the Sierra Chart data feed for the same spread:

I have to look at the price formatting and conversions to see what the problem appears to be with the Easy Screen data.

The reason for the inaccurate prices, spikes that you see, has been determined and we will be cleaning up the data over the next few hours. It has to do with the confusing data format of the prices from the data feed.

Really it is completely wrong how the data is transmitted and this should not be considered an acceptable format. For example -22 needs to be converted to -20025. The 2 at the end is 2/8 of a cent

After this is done you will need to re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.

This looks good and there is a match.

Did you want to get a price format that looks like this:

If so, we can make that the default and give you instructions on what to do.
