F1 Shortcut key problem - it also opens help page

I have configured F1 as a keyboard shortcut for a specific tool but every time I press F1 it also opens the web browser with the Sierra chart working with charts page. --> Is there a way to disable sierra to open this help page when pressing F1? Thank you |

No, there is not. You need to avoid using that shortcut key for anything else.

Hello, I have similar problem. For example shortcuts for Extending rectangle Ctrl -Alt -T starts another program in windows but not drawing rectangle. I have also problem with another shortcuts. Any help? Many thanks Jiri |

In response to post #5, it sounds as though you have some global system-level shortcuts set up to start programs. This is something that is not within our control . This is something you need to solve on your side. We are not familiar with your system.
