Cotton DataFeed Issues with TT

Hey, I think a few months back I raised an issue SC was having with the TT feed on a December contract (either Sugar or Cotton...one of the softs). That issue is repeating for THIS december's contract. I do a delete all data and download (or delete and download) and it returns a blank chart. Sometimes it will load up a single day of data, but for the most part, the contract is unusable. From the point of deletion it sometimes later starts to load realtime data bar by bar, contructing a chart with no past data. Again, this contract is essentially unusable. If you all need to look it up, it's the "Cotton No 2-Dec13-ICE_IPE" contract. Hopefully this is the same issue and you guys can fix as you did last time. |
