All other products on this person's screen work just fine. InfinityAT as well. There are no custom time settings, the user's PC clock is accurate, and he is running 992. Any idea why only this symbol is not updating?

Update: I turned off Mode 1 and it is working correctly. Still a little odd that only one symbol was affected, based on my experience at least.

the question would be whether the Message Log has a message indicating the symbol is unknown.
