Market profile TPO wrong

My data is with infinity/Transact. Starting Monday my profile charts are screwed up.Transact did a remote and said to contact you. Day session begins in D and ends in R. Not only does the chart not open in morning session.The price levels are incorrect( see 3/14/2016) I have always had global set to Central time, since that is when the exchange opens and my computer clock set to EST. They changed global and computer time to PST. But that was no help. Unable to do anything until resolved. Screen shot attached. Remove the TPO Profile Chart study from the chart. Is all of the data that should be there, in the Intraday chart?
