As of Saturday 0312 I keep getting a Sierra Chart message that I will no longer be getting updates because Windows XP and Vista are no longer supported. But, I'am running Windows 7. Not Vista or XP Seems to be an issue as I obviously want to continue to use Sierra. Thanks |

This does not sound like an error message from Sierra Chart. We do not have a message that says this. Attach a screenshot of it. Those messages have nothing to do with Sierra Chart. Disregard them. They are from your web browser.

Read them carefully - I think they are somehow being generated when Sierra starts as no browser is active when I start Sierra and the message is formatted to look like a Sierra update message.

In any case, Windows XP will continue to be supported.

Suggest you all might want to look into how someone has infiltrated the Sierra startup with a spoofing sierra like update message box. Note that no similar actions occur when I start any other programs. So it is only when I start Sierra from Transact.
