Screen Images/Save Chart to File with Header: background color when saving

If I am correct, when printing, by default sc leaves out the background. I was wondering if this functionality could be applied to the function for saving images. The reason why: printing a chart with a VbP study on a candlestick chart darkens out the candlesticks. I have tried various settings such as transparency and overlay, but always the VbP study is too heavy and darkens out the candlesticks.
