Hi there, I have problem with my tracking of my trades - if I use Trade Simulation mode on - everything is okay trades are recorded into sierra chart database reports. if I use my OEC demo account (Trade Simulation mode off) orders are execute in sierra and in "OEC trader" but are not visible in sierra chart reports? I would like go live trading next month ,but I need 100% confidence in software. |

So you are not seeing the order fills and other order activity in the Trade >> Trade Activity Log?

in trade activity log for "Trade Simulation mode off" is visible only number of trades but is not calculate profit/loss is shown zero, have look picture

Go to the Trade Activity Tab. At the top left select "Fills". Are all of the fills listed there and do they have a fill price? I am completely reinstall sierra chart into new directory and there is still same problem - trade position after execution disappear from sierra chart but is in OEC platform.

can you please try OEC client with Sierra chart and have look what happen if you do one trade from your software???

We have done testing in the last week and we do not see a problem when trading from Sierra Chart with OEC.
