I have a fair amount of computer memory etc and the program works as a whole but I simply cannot open the Global Symbol Settings pop-up. Whenever I click on the button to open it nothing pops up and I have to hit escape to "close" whatever it is that opened so I can return to the program. Is there a back way around this or something?

This has been a long-standing issue with the Windows operating system with complex dialogs. It is not common but it does occur from time to time and we have seen it ourselves.

In general, our advice is to tell the user to reduce the number of programs open or restart the computer.

We are making a small change which will be out in the next release which may help. Or at least give us a better idea about the problem.

How many monitors does your system have?

I have 6 monitors which is probably a reason for this occurrence based on what you are saying. If I had to guess it is probably due to number of charts open. I am going to make sure I have thee latest version downloaded and then will re-atempt
